Maestro Miceli's artistry has garnered acclaim from audiences at prestigious venues including Berliner Philharmonie, Carnegie Hall, Sydney Opera House, Leipzig Gewandhaus, Fenice Opera House, Beijing's Forbidden City Concert Hall, Donizetti Opera in Bergamo, Boston Theatre, Melbourne Arts Center, and Bellini Opera Catania, as well as festivals in Tbilisi, Bangkok, Saigon, Hanoi, Milan, Rome, Napoli, Lugano, Washington, and New Orleans.

Maestro Stefano Miceli has served as Chairman of the Board at the Milano Metropolitan Orchestra, Chairman of the Board at the Giuseppe Verdi Theatre in Brindisi, Advisory Board member for the Phoenicia Festival of the Voice, Principal Conductor of the Leipzig Philharmonic Orchestra, and Resident Artist at the Cameristi della Fenice orchestra within the Venice Opera House. He has held the position of Music Director for the Orchestra Sinfonica Italiana and Conductor in Residence with the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana.
Furthermore, he is the founder of various cultural festivals, recently establishing the inaugural festival entitled 'Music & Conversations with Stefano Miceli' which aims to foster dialogue and musical exchange with global audiences.
In 2022, Maestro Miceli was appointed as the World Protection Forum Ambassador Value in the Republic of San Marino, and in June 2023, he was honored by the President of Italy as 'Cavaliere dell'Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana.'
